If location is your only concern
The Yeosam station is one stop from Gangnam station. If you walk from Gangnam back to Yeosam, it'll be an uphill climb for at least 20 mins. The location is near Yeosam station like 5 mins walk, which seems to be the main advantage. However, it's not appealing to me anymore after staying for one night.
The actual room is far smaller than the photos look like (twin bed room). It feels like the mini kitchen is in a cabinet and the sink and corners are not very clean. The power outlet is super old and a bit loosen, so it's hard to insert the plug properly. Also, the peephole on the door is directly facing the bathroom; please pay attention and close the door of bathroom to prevent people looking into the room from outside for your own safety.

Very good, but better if I was on a business trip or alone.
It is very close to the subway that, being the green line, can get you to most places with relative convenience. It is also close to other facilities like 7 eleven and some good places for breakfast. Location was also excellent for people that intend to attend any type of event in COEX Convention & Exhibition Center. The hotel was very clean, the kitchen is small but has the necessary for a proper meal and the staff is very helpful.
Although the staff was very cordial and ready to help, It was very hard to communicate with them (nothing a translation app wont fix but still it can't solve you everything). Also, given the area where the hotel is located, I would recommend it more for business travelers than for tourists since it takes a long time from there to any major tourism attractions. Also, beware that from there to the airport it will take you more than 1h30 with several changes. The room is small (which was expected and good enough for me) and therefore it might not be family-friendly. For instance, the bathroom doesn't have a bathtub or shower, just a shower handle connected to the sink and a drain on the floor. This allows you to take a proper shower, however, it also means that whenever you take a shower everything in the bathroom will get wet (especially the toilet). For a family with kids this may be a huge difficulty.
